A study of compound Poisson and compound negative binomial frailty models

Abstract: In this paper we have introduced the Compound Poisson Frailty model and Compound Negative Binomial Frailty Model and we have tried to get maximum likelihood estimators. We developed the distribution by use of Laplace transform. The likelihood equations have intrinsic in nature.
