Abstract: In this research paper sensitivity analysis of a biscuit making plant having five units with constant failure and repair rate using RPGT is carried out. A transition state diagram showing the directed path and steady states is drawn using Markov method. Transition probabilities, mean sojourn times, system parameters are modeled using RPGT. Fixing failure/ repair rates of units and varying the other sensitivity tables and graphs are drawn followed by analysis.
