A study on refractive error in patients of Chennai city in India, using multinomial logistic regression

Abstract: A large number of patients in Chennai city are affected by refractive error. Among the many types of refractive errors, the most common types are myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and Presbyopia. The variables in the study are refractive error in both left and right eye, age and gender. An attempt has been made to find out the factors responsible for refractive error of patients in Chennai city using multinomial logistic regression.
