Abstract: In this paper, measure of slope rotatability for second order response surface designs using symmetrical unequal block arrangements with two unequal block sizes under intra-class correlation error structure is suggested and illustrated with examples. In this new method, we obtain designs with fewer number of design points. The implications of fewer number of design points leads to effective and reduced cost of experimentation.
