On Dσ# : Open Sets in q-Topological space

Abstract: This research study introduces a novel idea of open sets, known as
Dσ# -open, which is mostly based on quad topology. Furthermore, we not only extend this inclusive collection, but we also introduce the encompassing, internal, and external aspects of this collection, an accompanied by specific instances and significant principles.
