Paired t-tests are conducted comparing the results of the two systems in order to validate the NFL Passer Rating method. These results are based on four seasons of the top 5 Europeans Soccer Leagues. The four null hypotheses that the average standardized score was equal to the average NFL Passer Rating Score was not rejected for any of the four seasons and the fifth null hypothesis that the overall averages were the same was not rejected. The NFL Passer Rating Method is validated.
