Efficacy of different modules against major sucking pests of tomato

Abstract: A field trial was conducted during 2023 on the farmer’s field, A/P Tardal, Tal- Hatkanangale, Dist -Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India to evaluate the efficacy of different modules against major sucking pests i.e. aphids, thrips and whitefly on tomato. Among the different modules evaluated, module M1 (Root treatment with Imidacloprid 17.8 SL @ 0.25 ml/l water for 30 minutes + Spraying of
Lecanicillium lecanii @ 5 g/l at ETL of pests + Spraying of Spinosad 45% SC @ 0.5 ml/l at 15 days after first spray + Spraying of HaNPV @ 1 ml/l at 15 days after second spray) found to be superior in reducing sucking pest population.
