Statistical assessment of agriculture and rural development using hierarchical clustering algorithm of Bastar district

Abstract: A survey-based study was conducted regarding the
issues faced by the government in implementing policies related to ICT in Bastar
district. In this study, a total of 09 constraints related to ICT were selected
i.e. Resource related issue, Level of
computer illiteracy, Limited citizens awareness, Challenges of language,
Resistance to change, Lack of trained person, storage of equipments, Level of
difficulty, Gender. Cluster classification techniques were used on the survey
data based on similarities and dissimilarities of ICT based problems of policy
implementation by Government agencies.
