Rhotrix and its application in construction of balance incomplete block design

Abstract: Balanced Incomplete Block Designs (BIBD) play a pivotal role in experimental design, facilitating efficient and structured data collection. This study explores a novel approach to constructing BIBD designs through the innovative mathematical framework of Rhotrices. Rhotrices, situated between consecutive square matrices, introduce a unique algebraic system reminiscent of matrix algebra. In this research, we delve into the fundamental concepts of Rhotrices and their application in BIBD construction.
